Honestly, I never, not once in my life, thought I’d be writing about breast augmentation. Before having my first child, I was perfectly happy with my body. It wasn't perfect, but it was mine, and I felt good in it. Then came motherhood, which brought immense joy, but also some unexpected changes to my physique. After breastfeeding for over a year, I started noticing a significant difference. My oncefuller breasts seemed to have, well, deflated. It wasn't just a minor change; it was fullblown postpartum breast sagging, and it really hit my confidence hard. Looking in the mirror became a little disheartening, and I started to feel disconnected from my own body.
